Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Notice To secure your appointment, a $50 booking fee is required. This amount will be credited toward your treatment or held for your next visit. If you need to reschedule or make any changes, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. For changes or inquiries, feel free to text us at 0452 261 296. Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or missed visits will result in a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee.
